Building Reports with Report Wizard      

There is a powerful ally living inside Enrollment Manager that can you work through pesky data issues —the Report Wizard. The Wizard can help you build custom reports and provide a means for extracting data across entities. In this session, you’ll walk-through the process of creating a report with the help of the Wizard and gain a better understanding of how the Wizard can complement  output from advanced finds.

Deploying the New Student Gateway   

There’s a “new and improved” student gateway coming your way and this session will help you understand how to get the most out of it. With options to manage both admission and financial aid opportunities, and the ability to post messages to students, you’ll gain insight into the new features and tips on how to manage the new functionality.

Domain Certification (Power Users Only!)           

Enrollment Manager “power users” want more control, and that’s just what this session offers! Power Users participating in this session will qualify for a new security role that enables you to create, update and deactivate your domain values within Enrollment Manager. Now you can truly be the master of your domain (values)!

Effective Duplicate Management

Managing duplicate records (and opportunities) is essential for accurate reporting and effective communication. This session will review the duplicate-checking process that is applied to all records being brought into Enrollment Manager and walk you through the powerful tools that can be used to create duplicate detection rules and jobs.

Preparing for Common App 2014-15       

Getting your Common App data into Enrollment Manager is a straightforward process. However, there are key things that uses should be aware of prior to importing data. This session will review the steps that you need to take to ensure successful data uploads of your Common App files.

Tips for Effective Email Design and Delivery        

As a company that designs thousands of unique email messages every year for our clients, we’ve learned a thing or two about email design and delivery. This session will review some “best practices” for designing messages that get delivered, get opened and get read. You’ll come away with a better understanding of how you can use Enrollment Manager tools to craft strong messages that are optimized for delivery to all of your constituents!

Understanding Enrollment Manager Communication Tools         

With support for direct mail merge, options for sending email and text messages, functions for creating phone campaigns, and the ability to post to Facebook and respond to web visits, Enrollment Manager gives you multiple ways to manage (and track) your communication. Working with 3rd Party Imports       

Developing an effective process for importing data from key third-party vendors can make a huge difference in the efficiency of your operation. This session will review the import process that governs the integration of data from vendors -- such as ACT, the College Board, and NRCCUA -- and show you how to optimize your import settings related to this data.
