Web Forms Manager Permissions in Enrollment Manager

Here are the steps to grant access to a user in Enrollment Manager for Web Forms Manager.

  1. Log into their Enrollment Manager organization using c422Admin.
  2. Click on Web Forms Manager.
  3. Select the Organization Name from the drop-down for 'Program'.
  4. Select any form from the drop-down and click Go.
  5. Click on Manage-->User Preferences.
  6. Click on 'Add New User'
  7. Select 'Admin User' as the User Type.
  8. Enter New User Name that is the same as the Enrollment Manager User Name.
  9. Complete the rest of the form, click OK, and then test the login through Enrollment Manager.
