Advanced Export Tables

The following tables are intended for use with the Advanced Export feature:

The following table may also be used with the Advanced Export feature; it will trigger a full resynchronization every night, but it is small enough that this is negligable: 

The following table may also be used with the Advanced Export feature; however, it is a very large table and will trigger a full resynchronization every night, so it is strongly recommended that it not be used after Stage III, at which point all of its data will be available through other tables: 

The following tables may be used with the Advanced Export feature, but it contains activity records which were deemed of little use for export or integration:
  • ActivitiesSystem (this table is not available until release 5.4)
The following table should not be used with the Advanced Export feature because it is the temporary staging table for the extract process:
  • XStaging (use the XEntryTerm if the list of active-entry-term opportunities is desired) 

The following tables should not be used with the Advanced Export feature because they contain historical copies of updated records: 

  • Addresses (use Addresses_Local)
  • FinAidProfile (use FinAidProfile_Local)
The following tables should not be used with the Advanced Export feature because they are flattened into OpportunityPerson_Local, a more friendly table: 
  • OpportunityPerson_Fast
  • OpportunityPerson_Slow
  • Staff_Assignment

The following table should not be used with the Advanced Export feature because it contains only the audit trail for deleted records: 

  •  OpportunityPerson_Deleted
The following tables should not be used with the Advanced Export feature because they contain archived data for inactive entry terms:
  • All tables ending with _Archive
