Manual Registration Tab 2: Other Info

Other Info is the second tab of information on the registration record. This tab contains fields for capturing other information about the constituent, such as high school attended or information about interests.

To complete the Other Info section:
  1. Enter text or select values from drop-downs for the fields you wish to populate. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk(*).

  2. If High School is requested, search for and select a high school  to connect to the constituent.

  3. If GPA is requested, enter a numeric value.

To continue creating the registration record:
  1. After adding all additional information, click the Next button to move to the next tab and continue selecting Registration options.

Navigating the form:
  • Previous - moves to the previous tab of information on the registration form.

  • Cancel - exits the registration record without saving changes.

  • Save - saves changes to the registration record and returns to the list of registrations. The record cannot be saved unless all required fields are filled.

  • Save/Add - saves changes to the registration record and returns to the registration calendar, so that an event may be selected for another new registration record. The record cannot be saved unless all required fields are filled.

  • Next - moves to the next tab of information on the registration form.
