Make an Event Inactive

To make an Event inactive, so that it does not appear on the registration calendar:
  1. Click on the Events bar in the table of contents.

  2. From the menu, select Event.

  3. If necessary, use the search function to limit the list of events. In the displayed list, check the box beside the event or events you want to make inactive.

  4. Click the Make Inactive Event icon on the right side of the screen below the Generate Report button.

OR

  1. Click on the Events bar in the table of contents.

  2. From the menu, select Event.

  3. If necessary, use the search function to limit the list of events. In the displayed list, double-click the event you want to make inactive.

  4. Uncheck the Active box.

  5. Click Next four times, then click Save.

Note:

  • As soon as an event's Start Date has passed, the event automatically becomes inactive.

  • Events cannot be deleted. If you no longer wish to use an event, you must make it inactive.
