Itinerary Report

The Itinerary Report is a summary of event registration information, listing sessions, requests and guests. It can be generated for a single registration at a time or for all active registrations for a particular event.

To run the Personal Itinerary Report (for a single registration):
  1. Click on the Registrations bar in the table of contents.  
    OR
    Click on the Reports bar in the table of contents and select Registration Reports.

  2. Select Registration.

  3. If necessary, use the search function to limit the list of registrations. In the displayed list, click the row selector at the left end of the registration for which you want to generate a report.
    Note:
     You must highlight a single row before running this report. Checks in registration row checkboxes will be ignored.

  4. From the Generate Report drop-down, select Personal Itinerary and click Go. The report will open in a new window.

To run the Event Itineraries Report (for all active registrations for a particular event):
  1. Click on the Events bar in the table of contents. 
    OR
    Click on the Reports bar in the table of contents and select Event Reports.

  2. Select Event.

  3. If necessary, use the search function to limit the list of events. In the displayed list, click the row selector at the left end of the event for which you want to generate a report.
    Note:
     You must highlight a single row before running this report. Checks in event row checkboxes will be ignored.

  4.  From the Generate Report drop-down, select Event Itineraries and click Go. The report will open in a new window.

Within the report window, you can use the toolbar controls to navigate from page to page, change the zoom level, search for specific text, export the report to a variety of file types, refresh the report or print the report.
