Event Details Report

The Event Details Report provides a breakdown of various event metrics including the number of constituents/guests signed up for the event, requests and sessions. It also includes a roster for constituents by Request Type/Request and Session Type/Session.

To run the Event Details Report:
  1. Click on the Events bar in the table of contents.  
    Click on the Reports bar in the table of contents and select Event Reports.

  2. Select Event.

  3. If necessary, use the search function to limit the list of events. In the displayed list, click the row selector at the left end of the event for which you want to generate a report.
     You must highlight a single row before running this report. Checks in event row checkboxes will be ignored.

  4. From the Generate Report drop-down, select Event Details Report and click Go. The report will open in a new window.

Within the report window, you can use the toolbar controls to navigate from page to page, change the zoom level, search for specific text, export the report to a variety of file types, refresh the report or print the report.
