Data Export

Registration data will flow automatically to Enrollment Manager as constituents register online, or as staff enter registrations manually. There are times, however, that you may want to extract registration information from the system for analysis, reporting, or integration. For those purposes, the export utility exports registration records in one of two prescribed formats. Click on the format name for details about the output file.
  • RP Layout - This option produces a fixed-width text file that matches the layout of a standard Recruitment PLUS import package. For clients using Recruitment PLUS, this file may be imported using Recruitment PLUS Standard Prospect Layout V. 2.3. The file contains activity postings for event registration, attendance and no-show.
  • Standard Layout - This option produces a pipe-delimited text file with information about the registrations.
Note: To export records, you must log in with an account assigned an Administrator role.
