Event Reports

EM - Event Registrant Profile Report -  This report lists the name, contact information, sessions, special requests and guests for a specific registrant. 

EM - Event Details Report -  This report shows the overall numbers of registrations, attendees, cancellations, no shows and guests. In addition there is a count for session registrations associated with this event, and a count for special requests. Finally, there is a detailed list of attendees and their guests, along with a detailed list of session registrants.

EM - Event Itineraries -  This report list details for registrants and their related sessions, special requests and guests.

EM - Event Roster - This report lists events and related registrants, showing the city, state, guest count, and noting if a request was made.

EM - Events Standard Date Export  - This report allows users to easily export Event related details*.

Accessing and Running  Event Reports
Event Reports may be accessed from the Event, the Event Registration, or from the Reports option in the Workplace menu. Once the report has been run, results can be printed or exported to xml, csv, pdf, MHTML, Excel, Tiff or Word format. 

EM - Event Registrant Profile Report

From the Event Registration: By default, this report can only be run for one Registrant at a time. If you need to run this report for multiple registrations, please use the Standard Event Itineraries report.  
    1. Find and open the desired Registration
    2. Click on the drop down under the icon (top row) for Run Report.
    3. Select EM - Event Registrant Profile Report

From the Event: By default, these reports can only be run for Registrants associated with an Event or for the Event itself.. 
    1. Find and open the desired Event
    2. Click on the drop down under the icon (top row) for Run Report.
    3. Select the desired Report. 
EM - Events Standard Date Export 

From the Reports option in the Workplace menu:

1. Go to Workplace --> Reports

2. Find EM - Events Standard Date Export

3. Double click to run the report. Note: This report pulls together data from multiple tables within the database and puts it into a flattened format. This may take a few minutes to load. It will load with some preset filters (top of the report) but you can change them and re-run the report.
