Event Registrations

The following is a list of fields on the Registration form

  • Event - This is the link from the Registration to the Event. The field for the Event Name on the Event is what appears on the calendar and in your communication with registrants.
  • Registrant - This is the link from the Registration form to the Person who is registering/has registered for the Event.
  • Event Date and Time - This displays the date and time defined for the event.
  • Cancellation Date - This shows the date and time that this registration was marked as Cancelled using the checkbox. 
  • Registration Date - This is the Date and Time that this registration was created.
  • Checked in Guests - This shows the number of guests who have been checked in.
  • Registered Guests - This shows the number of guests who were registered.
  • Owner - defaults to the account creating the registration record.
  • Arrival Time
  • Departure Time
  • Unknown School

Registration Status

The following is a list of fields that indicate the status of the Registration 

  • Attended - Indicates that the Registrant attended the Event. This can be checked off either manually or by using the Check In Application
  • Cancelled - Indicates that the Registration has been cancelled
  • No Show - Indicated that the Registrant registered but did not attend the Event. Is typically checked off manually by a staff member. 
  • Web Registration - Indicates a Web Registration 
  • Waitlisted Registrant - Indicates that the Registration is on the Waiting List
  • Walk In - Indicates that the the registration was not received prior to the Event, but the Person attended the Event. Is typically checked off manually by a staff member. 
  • Capacity Override - Indicates that the student completed their registration after capacity was reached. This typically means that there was available space when the student started their registration, but the Event has reached capacity by the time they submitted their registration. 

Creating Event Registrations

Event registration is most efficiently done by the student, or by a staff member on behalf of the the student, through the web interface. Registration can begin by finding the Event on  the Event Calendar or by going directly to the Event URL.

The URL for the Event Calendar can be found on on the Event Category. This unique URL for the Event calendar can be embedded on the page(s) of your organization's web site. Please see the Event Calendar page for more information about deploying your Event Calendar. 

Viewing Event Registrations

Existing Event Registrations may be viewed from the Event or from the general Registrations area as described below:

  • From the Event: From the Outreach Menu in Enrollment Manager, under Event Management, click on Events
  • From the general Registration area: From the Outreach Menu in Enrollment Manager, under Event Management, click on Event Registrations
