Event Definitions

Event Definitions can be used as templates for creating future events. 

Create an Event Definition

Creating an Event Definition works the same as creating a new Event. In the General section of the Event form, you'll see an option for Event Definition Y/N. Select Yes to turn this event into an Event Definition. Any details you save with the Event Definition, including Descriptions, Messages, Location will be replicated when you use the Event Definition later to create a new event. 

Create a New Event Using an Event Definition

After creating a new Event, simply select an Event Definition in the General section of the form. Once selected, all other data will be copied down to the event. This process may take a few seconds to complete. Once complete, your new Event will take on the attributes defined in the Event Definition.
