Event Categories

Event Categories allow the user to control more than one Event Calendar for different types of events. The Event Category is typically created for your department, such as Admissions. After saving the Event Category, you'll have access to the Event Calendar and Checkin Application for your department. 

We recommend only creating one Event Category for your institution. If you believe you will need more, consult with your Enrollment Operations Manager.
