Web Forms

Enrollment Manager has standard web forms that can be deployed as part of the system. Two of these forms, Data Entry and Inquiry, are included in the initial launch of your environment. These are free to use. Other forms, such as Applications and Admissions Response forms, can be quickly deployed for you. These forms require additional service time and fees. Contact your Enrollment Operations Manager for details.

Data Entry Form: Accessible from within Enrollment Manager for heads-down data entry by staff members. Additional details available here.

Inquiry Form: Accessible on the web, this form is designed to capture new inquiries.

Application Form: Accessible on the web, this form is designed to capture new applications for admission.

Admission Response Form: Accessible on the web, this form is designed to allow the student to respond to an offer of admission. They can either accept an offer (including making a deposit) or deny an offer while presenting a reason.
