Password Management

Initial Sign-On: The first time you log in to Enrollment Manager you will need to set your password. On your organization's log in page, hit the "Forgot Password" button. From that page, enter your email address and the security code and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Reset a Password: At any time you can hit the "Forgot Password" to reset your password. You can also go directly to to get the same reset form. As long as your account is tied to a valid email address, you can reset your password through this form

If you need to reset a common account, such as, please email Support to have the password reset.

Password Policies:
  • Passwords expire every 6 months. A daily email is sent reminding you to change your password 10 days before the expiration. If your password expires, you will be unable to access Enrollment Manager until you reset you password.
  • Passwords must be greater than 8 characters and contain at a minimum: 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number. 
  • In addition, you cannot have more than 3 consecutive letters from your email or display name in your password.
