RNL Exports: Responders and Non Responder RNL – Responders Export
When a student takes a specific action indicating they are responding to a given Outreach, the response action is noted in the system, correlated to a Responder type and the latter value is exported as part of the Responder file in the field labelled “LoginType”. Responder types are o Direct Mail o Online Inquiry o Phone Responder. Note: If a student responds in more than one way, the system only counts them as responder based on the initial response.
RNL - Non Responders Export If a student takes no action to a given Outreach, then the student is a Non Responder. Non responders can be accessed via the non responder export, however results can vary throughout the life of the campaign as a non responder can become a responder before the end of a campaign. Files of responders and non-responders from the ESS campaign are available for download from the Ruffalo Noel Levitz Enrollment Manager user interface.
