Microsoft Office Outlook Client

Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook enables access to the same Enrollment Manager data through Outlook as the Web client. Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook is targeted at Enrollment Manager users who need access to Enrollment Manager data while using the familiar Outlook application.

If a computer is being shared by several users (that is, each user has a separate log-on account and is a valid Microsoft Dynamics CRM user), Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook must be configured, by running the Configuration Wizard, for each user.

The Outlook Client allows you to access Enrollment Manager functionality from within Microsoft Outlook 2007 or Microsoft Outlook 2010.

While Microsoft Exchange is recommended as your primary email server, the Outlook Client will work with email systems such as Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, or others that accessible using Microsoft Outlook.

NOTE: It is suggested that only a few users start with this new application before rolling it out to your entire group.
