Customizing the Workplace

Users can customize their workplace in Enrollment Manager, to include making the following changes:

  • Set a new default start page: Upon login, all users will be taken to the Activities areas and have the default view of My Activities. This initial area and default view can be changed on a user by user basis. Users cannot change these defaults for other users, nor can Ruffalo Noel Levitz staff change these defaults.
  • Set the number of records shown per page in any list of records: The system default is 50 records per page. Users may wish to change this. 
  • Set the time zone

  • To make the changes described above:
    1. Click on the 'Cog' icon in the top right corner for Settings.
    2. Select Options
    3. Make the changes as desired and click OK.
