Duplicate Activities

Duplicate Activities are most often the result of an import. In order for data to move in to the system as quickly as possible, the import process does not do any duplicate checking on incoming Activities. Therefore, if the incoming Activity is the same as the existing Activity related to the Opportunity or Person record, the system will create a duplicate.  Though these duplicate Activities rarely have a negative impact on the typical daily use of Enrollment Manager, cleanup is required for good data management. Two system processes run daily to identify and remove duplicate Activities
