Duplicate Activity Clean-Up

Within each instance of Enrollment Manager, two independent system processes identify and remove duplicate Activities. 

Duplicate Activity identification
Duplicate Activities are identified through a system process that looks for an exact match between two records based on the following criteria:

- Opportunity ID
- Person ID
- Activity Value 
- Created By
- Created On (date value only)

If all conditions above are met, the process will arbitrarily choose one of the Activities and set the 'To Be Deleted' flag to 'Yes'. This flag is not visible within the user interface.

Duplicate Activity remova

Duplicate activities are removed through a system Bulk Delete Job that looks Activities with the 'To Be Deleted' flag set to 'Yes'.
