4/6/2017  There is a problem logging in after submitting credentials. It is being investigated, and will be resolved as soon as possible. This issue has been resolved.

3/16/2017 There are some issues with forms throughout EMP using IE 11 where the data display is truncated or absent. This may be related to Microsoft updates. We are working hard to resolve  these issues as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

12/6/2016 There are issues with emails coming in to EM support causing delays in our ability to acknowledge and respond to new and existing cases. We are working hard to resolve  these issues as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. We will respond to items as soon as we are able. These issues have been resolved.

11/9/2016 - There are delays with the processing and delivery of the standard export and the advanced export. These are not up to date at this time. We are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.These issues have been resolved.

4/15/2016 - There were known issues with the Events module that are affecting all areas of Events including Registration, related Email, and On-line Check-in. These issues have been resolved.

3/10/2016 There were known issues resulting in SQL Server errors that were affecting multiple functions of the system. The issues have been resolved. Outreach List functions are operating with some limitations.

3/9/2016 There were known issues resulting in SQL Server errors that were affecting multiple functions of the system. The issues have been largely resolved with the following exceptions:

 - Analytics and the Standard Export are not functioning 
- Outreach List functions are operating with some limitations.

2/12/2016  There were delays with the system that processes incoming EM support email. These issues have since been resolved.

12/2/2015 The 'Send Bulk Email' button on the Outreach List form was not working properly but has been resolved.

11/3/2015 There were known issues affecting the Emails (Bulk). These have been resolved.

9/10/2015 There were known issues with ACT Imports. These issues have been resolved as of 12:45 pm EST.

8/10/2015 A disk failure at 9:04 AM caused some organizations to be offline. Some were resolved within minutes after a failover to the backup systems. All were back online by 9:46. 

7/15/2015 - Emails to EMSupport are not being properly routed to our support system. They will be reviewed in the order received as soon as we gain access. We apologize for any inconvenience and delays. These issues have been resolved as of 7/16/2015.

4/8/2014 - 3rd Party Imports were stalled. Issue corrected by 5:00pm Eastern. 

12/17/2014 Some users experienced login problems. These issues were solved by 9:30 AM EST.  

12/16/2014 Some organizations reported an error when uploading files/importing data. This has been resolved and any submitted records have been processed.
 

12/15/2014 Due to recent iOS updates, users were having difficulty logging in from iPad or iPhone devices. This has been resolved. 

11/14/2014 Imports were delayed today for some clients. Files uploaded will be processed in the order received but may appear to be stuck in the 'uploaded' state. All cleared by 4:00 PM EST. 

10/31/2014 Some imports were delayed. Files imported late Thursday or Friday were processed by Friday afternoon.

10/28/2014 An issue with the mail merge function was causing problems for some users due to an authentication issue on the server. This was resolved at 4:00 PM EST.

10/27/2014 Third Party imports (ACT/SAT) were delayed for some organizations. This issue is resolved and any pending imports are now being processed.

10/26/2014 As previously announced, maintenance was performed on Saturday, October 25 beginning at 4:00 PM EST. During this time engineers updated server resources to improve network load balancing. Work was completed by 6 PM EST Though the Email Marketing functions experienced issues until 6 PM Sunday. All work is now complete and full functionality is restored. 

10/24/2014 Some organizations had delays in receiving their Std Export file due to zip/delivery error.

10/23/2014 Updates to analytics and exports were delayed due to an overnight processing error. Resolved by 11 AM EST.

10/21/2014 Third Party imports were paused from 12-2 PM EST today for maintenance. Any files uploaded during that period were imported when maintenance was complete.

10/17/2014 Emails from Enrollment Manager was non-functional on the morning on the 17th. The issue was resolved around 9am Eastern.

10/17/2014 An issue creating Connections in the Standard Import was resolved. Previous submissions could still be missing Connection records, though the Person records to connect to are available.

10/15/2014 Standard Export files were delayed. The root issue was resolved and the files will resume at the normal time 10/16.

10/9/14 Some clients experienced server errors that affect record creation and import functionality. Resolved.

10/2/2014 Imports were paused for maintenance between 6PM EST Thursday and 10 AM Friday. All files submitted during this period were processed on Friday.

9/23/2014 Some clients reporting performance issues due to spike in workflow activity

8/26/2014 Student Gateway was unable briefly but restored at 3:30 PM.

8/2/2014 Scheduled System Maintenance: On Saturday, August 1 we will be performing system maintenance from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The system updates will work to improve the overall speed and responsiveness of the email marketing and web intelligence modules. Only these modules will be affected and there will be no impact on email recipients or any public-facing functionality.

7/23/2014 SSL errors with Email Marketing functionality. Resolved at 10:45am Eastern.

7/16/2014 Access to some Enrollment Manager databases was unavailable. Network engineers resolved the issue ~10 AM EST. There was also a delay in workflow processing that was resolved by the end of the day.

5/14/14 Email Outage - resolved at 2:45pm Eastern.

5/7/14 Some forms including data entry forms were unavailable for a short time this morning.

4/28/14 Backlogs in Workflow, Email Interactions, and Outreach List postings have cleared.

4/22/14 Slow performance on one web server reported. Resolved 9:15 AM.

4/7/2014 Brief outage with old events module. Resolved 2:30 PM.

3/28/14 Brief server outage for some users at 8:36, resolved at 9:00 AM.

3/24/14 System Outage at 4:10 PM resolved at 5:05 PM EST. This is due to a hardware problem preventing system authentication.

3/20-3/21/14 Data center issues overnight caused some Exports to be delayed. All are now available.

3/20/14 Email Marketing Outage. Restored at 10:30am.

3/11/14 System Outage. System Restored by 9:45am.

3/7/14 Web Forms experienced a brief outage due. System restored at 10:50am Eastern.

3/4/14 experienced a brief outage due to power supply problems. System restored at 9:15am Eastern.

2/20/14 EM experienced an outage. System Restored at 1:40pm Eastern.

2/4/14 Reports were failing to run currently due to a system error. Issue resolved 11:14 AM EST. .

1/21/14 Calendars and registration are working for existing logins but there was a problem with new logins (profiles) being created in the online application. Issue resolved 1/21/14

1/21/14 Overnight workflows are delayed due to high volume.

1/17/14 3PM EST Standard Imports were paused but restarted at 4:30 PM EST. Any queued imports were processed in order.

1/15/2014 SAT and ACT imports were not being processed immediately. Resolved.

1/14/2014 Outreach List Posting - Issue with the Outreach List Posting Process where the activities are being posted to the Person record instead of the Opportunity record. Issue is resolved and records have been corrected as of 1/16/2014.
